Member Portal · cooperatives and associations · Law 1/2026

Notices that arrive, and you know who has read them.

An app on every member's phone: the board publishes notices, alerts, penalties, vouchers and documents once and sees who has received and read them, and when. Each member sees only their own. "It never reached me" is over.

Who it's for

For any organisation with members who need to be informed.

Sound familiar?

What happens today at the cooperative, and what changes with the portal.

😩 Today

  • Notices go out on WhatsApp and nobody knows who has read them
  • "It never reached me": penalties, vouchers or meeting calls argued about afterwards
  • Members drop by the office to find out or pick up a paper
  • In the group, everyone sees everyone's business
  • Shifts and service announced late, and there are always excuses
  • Finding a notice from months ago is impossible

😌 With the Member Portal

  • Every notice is recorded: who received it, who read it and at what time
  • Proof of delivery and reading per member, with date and time. No arguments
  • Everything on their phone, with a notification. Fewer visits, fewer calls
  • Each member logs in and sees only their own. Total privacy
  • Service and shifts published in advance, with proof
  • Full history, sorted by date, always at hand
How it works

This is what the office sees. This is what each member sees on their phone.

Real screenshots of the app (demo version with fictional data). The same thing the Adeje Taxi Cooperative uses every day.

03Everyone sees only their own

Private access per member: their penalties, their vouchers, their shift. Easy even for those who "aren't good with phones".

"With penalties, everyone is notified; 'I wasn't notified' no longer exists. Members no longer have to come to the office to receive notices, vouchers or penalties."

What Spanish Law 1/2026 requires from cooperatives

  • Electronic communications between the cooperative and its members with guaranteed identity, proof of receipt and integrity.
  • Corporate website with personal access for each member, where meeting calls and documents are published: mandatory before 10 April 2027 for cooperatives with more than 500 members; for the rest, it is the direction the law sets.
  • Calling general meetings via the website or email.
Law 1/2026 of 8 April (BOE-A-2026-7967), reforming Law 27/1999 on Cooperatives. The Canary Islands cooperatives law (Law 4/2022) already provides for electronic communications with proof of the date of receipt. Read the full guide to Law 1/2026 (Spanish) →

FAQ

What boards ask us.

What does Law 1/2026 require from cooperatives?

Electronic communications with guaranteed identity, proof of receipt and integrity; a corporate website with personal access for each member (mandatory before 10 April 2027 for cooperatives with more than 500 members); and calling general meetings via the website or email.

How long until it is running?

One week. The base is already built and in production at the Adeje Taxi Cooperative, where 208 members use it; it is adapted to each cooperative or association.

Can each member see the others' information?

No. Each member logs in with their own account and sees only their own: notices, documents, vouchers and penalties if any. All private.

Many members are older — will they manage?

It is made as simple as possible: open it and see your notices, like opening WhatsApp. In Adeje even the members who said they "wouldn't manage" use it. And for the two or three without a phone, everything is still available at the office as now.

How much does it cost?

Project from €2,500 and maintenance (servers, daily backups, updates and direct support) from €200/month, no lock-in. With your number of members we give you the exact price in writing.
